Beat Koller

Beat Koller is a Swiss Certified Public Accountant and a licensed audit expert (FAOA). He holds a Master in Economics from the University of Zurich. His fundamental skills are complemented by extensive experience in management consulting, financing and restructuring gained during his many years as Head of Risk Control Switzerland at UBS and as a Mandate Manager at PwC. Beat Koller was in charge of management consulting at a Zurich-based fiduciary firm until 2014. He is a finance expert for the Swiss Economic Forum and also serves on the management and advisory boards of larger family-run businesses. Beat Koller is a partner of the sme group and responsible for fiduciary services and tax.
Gaudenz Caveng
Fiduciary Expert
Gaudenz Caveng is a certified fiduciary expert specialising in companies in the catering industry. After completing his commercial banking training and studies at the Hotel Management School in Lucerne, he went on to be head accountant at a large Swiss catering company. Here he gained valuable knowledge which he was then able to build on in his later role as a fiduciary services provider for numerous clients in various industries. In addition to his proven track record in the hospitality sector, Gaudenz Caveng also possesses broad, cross-industry experience in matters relating to accounting, payroll and all aspects of the financial statements.
Georg Weber
Georg Weber has many years’ legal experience in the fields of company, debt collection and insolvency law. He is also a Certified Specialist SBA for Construction and Property Law.
Before starting as a lawyer, Mr Weber worked for many years in the restructuring departments of two large banks.
